Things That Are Damaging To Your Liver

There are some things that affects and destroy ones liver aside consumption of alcohol, and they usually involve regular activities that we do everyday. Such things include; 
* Smoking/ Inhaling cigarettes 
* Too much vitamin A(supplements)
* High consumption of Sugar 
* Being Overweight 
* Trans Fat
* Pain relievers/ Herbal supplements for menopause 
* Sodium(salt)
* Artificial Sweeteners 
* DNA (hereditary) 
* Poor water sources/Consumption
