It's a shame that the Governor of a state can so lavishly expend the resources of a state for his own personal gain whilst his people wallow in abject poverty. There's no good road in the whole of Delta State; yet my Honourable Governor thought it wise to rather bring American crooner Ja Rule and Ashanti over to entertain us. My heart bleeds for my State...
