To discretely promote his album, Jay-Z is now on Twitter responding to his fans and critics with hashtags such as #mylaugh and #factsonly, and quite honestly, it's awesome. For those wondering if this is Jay-Z really tweeting, Twitter has confirmed that the Brooklyn rapper's Twitter account has NOT been hacked.
