NBC News reports: ROME -- Pope Benedict XVI is to resign on February 28, the Vatican said Monday. The Pope made a statement in Latin during a small canonization event saying he doesn't have the strength anymore. Joseph Ratzinger said the 85-year-old became the 265th Pope in April 2005.
