Like the sea, I'm cool to the touch
Like the sea, I contain everything thrown at me
Like the sea, I'm blue with sadness
Like the sea, I'm green with life
Like the sea, I inhabit living things
Like the sea, I'm deadly when angered
Like the sea, I consume all that is in my path
Like the sea, I whisper only at night
Like the sea, you don't get to see my tears
Like the sea, the hotness of the sun never goes beyond my skin
Like the sea, none can tell my beginning nor my end
Like the sea, I still remain calm after the storm.
