This year have been bittersweet for me but in all, I'm extremely grateful for everything. It's the last month of the year, and I personally tagged it "The Month of Appreciation"... I've spoken with several men of all ages, races and backgrounds and oddly--or obviously--enough, they typically want the same thing in a wife. The key word here is wife. As one guy put it: "There are some things that you like because they're exciting and fancy but that doesn't mean you want to keep them forever..." Some days back, I came across an article about a 99 year-old man divorcing his wife of 77 years after finding out that she cheated on him over 60 yrs ago. For a lady, it won't mean anything since it was a long time ago, although it shouldn't be with her best-friend. While there are countless examples of women taking men back and forgiving them after they've cheated, why does it appear to be so hard for men to do the same? I understand men and women are different creatures but why is it so hard for men to forgive these type of offenses? Most people experience different forms of abuse in relationships and regardless of the extent of the abuse, it's best to seek help, instead of hiding under the umbrella of "s/he will change" or "s/he still loves me". Financial Abuse is the most common form of abuse in Africa and it usually serves as one link to the chain of physical or emotional abuse already present in the relationship. Nigeria: PDP and APC Argue Over Seized $5.7 Million in South Africa

Shortly after the seizure of $9.3 million by the South African Government, another $5.7 million was also confiscated yesterday. The $5.7m for the purchase of arms by Nigeria has sparked off heated argument between the ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and the opposition All Progressives Congress, APC. While the APC accused President Jonathan of embarrassing the country in global community, the PDP has declared that it is solidly behind the president.

Bela's Corner: Which Would You Rather Have In A Relationship- Love, Trust or Money.

Unconditional love is the strongest force in the universe, it can cross dimensions, it cannot be broken, a parent can die and you will still love them. A baby in the mother's womb is already loved the day she finds out she's pregnant - whether or not he/she is born, she will always love him/her.. If a beloved master dies, a dog will lie down and die shortly afterward. If a dove is killed by a car, the mate will stand quietly by until it starves to death and dies too. Money has power on the earth, but is not eternal, it's material. When the man with money dies, his power is lost. The power of love is never lost. Trust, love, virtues and values are spiritual and not bound by physical/material laws. Truth always stands in the end, it has a way of making itself known. Trust is the key that binds Love and Money together, and without love you can't truly trust someone.
